Hotel Les Deux Gares, Paris

It’s been a while since I’ve been so excited to stay at a new hotel… staying at Les Cactus in Palm Springs in 2020 was one of the last places I was really looking forward to seeing (but understandably, a pandemic has put a dampener on travel and hotel stays in general!). With our trip to Paris booked for September, the first thing I did was make a reservation for a few nights at Hotel Les Deux Gares.

You’ve likely seen it all over Instagram, the perfect, jewel toned interiors designed by Luke Edward Hall are the perfect mix of offbeat and fun. We had a cosy, comfortable stay, with lovely details (like heavy cut-glass drinking glasses in the bathroom, very fluffy towels, and a sweet coffee tray to start your morning). The colour combinations in the bedrooms and bathrooms feel sophisticated and casual all at once, and there’s always something else to take in when you enter the lobby.

I’m looking forward to visiting again and seeing what colour room and bathroom I’ll get next time!
