Chair Tuesday: Stackable Chair

These amazing chairs were designed by Industrial Design student Jonah Willcox-Healy. I always love when designers add "stackable" to the list of design features for their product as it creates an extra layer of complexity, intelligence & utility but (when done right) it doesn't sacrifice any aesthetics or comfort.
These apparently unnamed stacking chairs certainly achieve that extra level.

The angles created by the rear legs give a dynamism making it feel fresh and light, and I love the precision and detail of all the joints. I also have a thing for industrial felt, so seeing it used as a chair pad is a great touch in my opinion.
