Chokladkrokant Biscuits

Joshua occasionally brings home IKEA treats. We had a couple of bags of the Chokladkrokant's in the house, so I thought I'd put them to good use in some biscuits! They're mostly your standard choc-chip cookie recipe, but I added in cocoa too to offset the super-sweetness of the IKEA chocolate.

Here's what you'll need!

125g butter (I used the leftover dairy-free Nuttelex in my fridge)
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup raw sugar
2 eggs
Splash of vanilla
1 1/2 cups of Self Raising Flour
1/2 cup of cocoa
1 cup of chopped chocolate pieces 

Cream the butter and sugar, add in the eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour, cocoa and chocolates. Roll into balls, place onto your lined tray, bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celcius. Easy!
